隧道烘箱主要功能是对药瓶进行干热灭菌、去热原,而且灭菌后还需将药瓶冷却到灌装所需的工艺温度。所以,在选择隧道烘箱时需要考虑到药瓶在隧道烘箱内升温和降温的整个过程。图1为一种大规格药瓶在高温段(层流风为320 ℃),冷却段(层流风温度为25 ℃)的隧道烘箱内检测的升温曲线和降温曲线,常温下检测加热段风速为0.6 m/s±20%,冷却段风速为0.45 m/s±20%。
